Role Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Junior Web Developer with a keen eye for design, a passion for technology, and a commitment to learning. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience or have undergone rigorous Bootcamp training in Web Development. A personal website or portfolio showcasing your projects is essential.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Implement engaging features and functionalities using JavaScript libraries such as JQuery, React.Js, and Alpine.js.

- Contribute to project ideas and collaborate with the team to enhance user experience.

- Maintain code integrity and organization using simple Github versioning practices.

- Learn and grow with the team, embracing opportunities for hands-on training and skill development.

Qualifications

- 6 months of web development experience or completion of a reputable Web Development Bootcamp.

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6).

- Familiarity with JavaScript libraries (JQuery, React.Js, Alpine.js, or others) preferred.

- Experience with Github for version control.

- Shopify development experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

- Personal website or portfolio to showcase your web development projects.

Legal Agreements

Confidentiality: The Employee acknowledges that during their employment, they will have access to and become acquainted with various confidential information, including but not limited to the proprietary information, products, processes, trade secrets, client information, and other business affairs of Lèlior Home Fragrance. The Employee agrees to keep all such confidential information in strictest confidence and not to disclose it to any person, firm, corporation, or other entity, except as necessary in the course of their employment with Lèlior Home Fragrance.

Non-Compete Agreement: For a period of three years after the termination of employment, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with Lèlior Home Fragrance, within a radius of 50 miles from the location of Lèlior Home Fragrance at 1226 NW 23rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33311. This includes working for, consulting with, or establishing a competing business. The Employee acknowledges this restriction is reasonable in terms of duration, geographical area, and scope in order to protect the legitimate business interests of Lèlior Home Fragrance.
