Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a part time Concierge for one of his communities in the Melbourne area. 

As a Part-Time Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and assistance. This role requires a friendly and approachable individual with strong communication skills. The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone entering the premises.

Requirements

Job Duties:

• Provide clerical support to include but not limited to answering telephones, emails, photocopying, and issuing vehicle access devices and clubhouse access cards. 
• Receive and welcome all residents and visitors to the office. 
• Document uploads to document imaging management software. 
• Assist residents with questions posted by phone, email or face-to-face. 
• Assist in meeting packet production. 
• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. 
• Provide information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests. 
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person. 
• Monitor and manage access control systems, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises. 
• Monitor security by walking the clubhouse grounds verifying badges or guest badges. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Work, Excel, and Outlook) 
• Ability to work independently or as a team member. 
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. 
• Experience in Association software such as Caliber. 
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines. 
• Time management and a diligent work ethic. 

Working Conditions 

This position typically operates in a professional office or residential environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
