Leland Land Formers is family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced superintendent to oversee our civil sitework jobs.
Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations on jobs
- Supervise and direct employees and ensure tasks are done efficiently and correctly
- Operate equipment as needed
- Communicate with customers and project managers
- Schedule material deliveries
- Keep daily activity records
- Ensure job site safety
Requirements:
- Experience in earthwork, subgrade preparation, & utility work
-Ability to read plans, figure elevations & survey grades (ability to operate GPS equipment a plus)
-Willingness to cooperate with management and to get along with fellow crew
- Motivation to make a job profitable and efficient
-Commitment to being a responsible superintendent
