We are now seeking a Programs Coordinator to join our team at The Village at Unity! This position is Tues - Sat, 8:30a - 5:00p.

The Program Coordinator will assist with providing an array of activities and programs to satisfy the mind, body, and spirit of the residents.

* Responsible for the production of the programs calendar including planning and executing events and entertainment.

* Ensures updated program and activity information is current on the TREEO application.

* Creates schedules for community bus service including, but not limited to, local shopping, medical visits, scenic and destination trips.

* Decorating and setting up the community in tasteful and appropriate manner for various theme and community events; assisting with clean up.

* Maintaining a relationship with outside sources as resources for resident activities such as local senior centers, religious groups, libraries, high schools, and local merchants.

We seek a candidate who will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented community! A self-motivated, vibrant personality is a must! Previous experience in programs and/or senior services is preferred. Experience with public relations is a plus! A Valid driver's license and clean driving record is preferred.
