Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a unique and pivotal role within our service department at Leif Johnson Ford. This position blends the responsibilities of a service manager, lane manager, dispatcher, and foreman. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our service quality, working closely with team members, including Charlie, to ensure operational excellence in our fast-paced and high-producing service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations within the service department.
  • Manage service appointments and dispatch work efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency.
  • Supervise service lanes to ensure seamless customer experiences and operational flow.
  • Act as a foreman, guiding and supporting service technicians and staff.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and address challenges, with a special emphasis on working with Charlie and the service team.
  • Uphold and enhance customer service standards to maintain Leif Johnson Automotive Group's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in automotive service management or related fields.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and adeptness at managing multiple roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively.
  • Technical expertise in automotive service and repair.
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service and a track record of improving service delivery.
