Work activities will require solving complex problems with ingenuity and creativity and will involve evaluating and recommending new technologies. This position also works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches to continuously improve and modernize.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop Mobile Windows Applications from concept to implementation
• Work with application owners to understand application requirements and support application creation
• Ensure security of the environment through adherence to security standards and device configuration in accordance with security requirements.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12-15 years software engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C , C#, or Java or similar language. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with debugging and problem-solving
• Experience or familiarity with multiple the following: Java/JEE, Python, C/C , SQL, SOAP, WSDL, WADL, PERL, PowerShell, VBS, Eclipse, Postgres, Oracle, Jenkins on a Windows platforms.
• Experienced with front-end MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ionic)
• Experience with SQL databases
• Native iOS, Android, Windows Mobile app development
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate about continued learning and improvement of skills
• Experience with User Interface development, knowledge of databases and structures, and/or experience working with XHTML, HTML, XML, XSLT
• Experience developing on Windows, and/or Linux operating systems
• Must have a strong understanding of sound software development principles and practices
• Must be able to plan and prioritize personal tasking and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Must be an independent thinker, capable of performing high quality work, both independently and with a team in a fast-moving environment
