Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Collaborating with Agency AirWatch team and overseeing the planning, engineering, coordinating, and managing of equipment installations to enable mobile device operations, maintenance, and deployment.
* Maintaining MDM system per security requirements and guidelines and policy directives.
* Supporting mobility enabled devices and peripherals hybrid or cloud infrastructure environment.
* Utilizing the AirWatch console to track installed, whitelisted, and blacklisted applications.
* Providing troubleshooting, repairing, and logistical support across a variety of mobile device platforms.
* Monitoring installed applications to capture analytics on usage time and implementing, managing, and maintaining.
* Maintaining device enrollment into and licenses for mobile applications consistent with the agency mobility baseline.
* Providing ad-hoc reporting based on SLA and customer requirements.
* Completing device provisioning/enrollment for any new technical policy changes. * Configuring and managing security policies and controls and maintaining interoperability with security monitoring tools.
* Ensuring user devices are operating on the latest agency approved operating systems to include testing with beta version of OS when available.
* Managing, provisioning, disabling admin accounts per security requirements.
* Ensuring all mobile devices are equipped with configured PIV D certification and configured applications.
* Ensuring all mobile devices are deployed with configured secure applications and RSA Token.
* Assisting with the enterprise mobile device refresh period by providing support of enterprise deployment project initiatives.
* Ensure all required system documentation and record keeping requirements associated with maintaining and controlling IT mobile assets are completed accurately, timely and in accordance with agency mobility policies and procedures.
*Contingent on Contract Award* Qualifications Basic Qualification: * U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
* Completed BS/BA with 5 - 7 years, or MS with 3 - 5 years, or PhD with 0 -2 years of experience; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
* Experience operating, maintaining, and deploying VMWare AirWatch mobile device management technology.
* Proficient in mobile device hardware from multiple vendors supporting iOS and Android operating systems.
* Knowledge of iPhone, iPads, and other handheld devices operating with iOS or Android Operating System.
* Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues both remotely and on-site using standard agency tools and techniques.
* Experience configuring and managing mobile devices using AirWatch / Workspace One mobile device management(MDM) software.
Preferred Qualification: * Active Secret Security Clearance.
* Highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies. * VMWare AirWatch 'Associate' or 'Professional' certification.
