Leiden Cabinet Company is searching for experienced Builders/Woodworkers (minimum 1 year) who will be responsible for the complete assembly of a variety of custom fixtures, casework, commercial cabinetry, and millwork. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime. Schedule is Monday-Friday from 6am-2:30pm. Starting pay varies based on skills and experience; current range is $18-22/hr.

Job Duties:

• Assemble custom cabinetry for national retail, hotel, hospitality industries, and other commercial enterprises
• Study and apply specifications in blueprints and/or shop drawing software to assemble finished products
• Adjust, fit and align component parts to very close tolerances and strict inspection standards; test/inspect assembled units and ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Meet or exceed company operational standards regarding productivity, job costing and labor standards
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Complete other assignments, as requested by management

Job Requirements

• Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in building or assembling commercial cabinetry, casework, or millwork
• Skilled with various woodworking machines; including table saw and chop saw
• Able to read, comprehend, and apply blueprint and generated shop drawings
• Possessed basic math skills
• Skilled with common hand tools and power tools
