Job Summary:

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. This position would be required to work overnight Friday and Saturday each week.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines such as package machines, press brake machines, and CNC machines

- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products

- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition

- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

- Use hand tools and other equipment to fabricate parts as needed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Proficiency in using hand tools and other equipment

- Experience with CNC machines is preferred but not required

- Welding experience is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
