**Location**

- USA, Enfield, Connecticut**Bring your project management expertise, stakeholder management skills and entrepreneurial spirit to help more LEGO customers experience our world-class service.**

Establishes strong and trusting stakeholder relationships with the new, more entrepreneurial, service team and the existing global Consumer and Shopper Engagement team across multiple locations and time zones.

Evaluates the as-is ways of working and future customer needs through organising and facilitating workshops, reviewing processes, documentation and stakeholder dialogue.

Creates analysis, process maps, change evaluation and other documentation in order to propose a future service set-up to the senior management team that will deliver the most value to all stakeholders and customers.

Creates detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, risk analysis and dependencies, and then drives and manages tasks using appropriate methodology (e.g. waterfall, agile).

Plays a key role in all communication and change management around the project in collaboration with the senior leadership teams.

The role of the Consumer and Shopper Engagement department is to deliver world-class customer service and engagement experiences that live up to the expectations of the LEGO brand and turn customers into brand advocates. We act as guardians of consumer experience and brand reputation and actively play a part in deepening the relationship each consumer has with the LEGO brand (= LEGO love!).

This new role is designed to help align a currently separately-run service function for a specific customer touchpoint with the broader Consumer and Shopper Engagement team. Reporting to the Director for Consumer and Shopper Engagement in the Americas, the Project Manager for New Service Integration will review as-is ways of working against customer expectations, share learnings between the teams, look for synergies and propose (and ultimately implement) a future set-up that brings about the best-possible customer experience.

2-3 years experience either directly in project management or else in a role where process analysis and process design were a major component

Experience in a contact center or customer service environment

Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills

Excellent change leadership skills

Other considerations:

Working in a global organization may mean early or late meetings outside of normal office hours (regularly, at times).

Domestic travel (3-5 trips per year) and, potentially, a low level of international travel will be required for this role

Change management experience in a M&A situation

Certification in one or more relevant project-related disciplines (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2) an advantage

Lean, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement qualifications an advantage
