Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive interactions with each prospective client, delivering exceptional service.
- Represent Legion and its values with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and fulfill assigned responsibilities promptly.
- Close solar installation deals by presenting tailored solutions to homeowners.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through direct engagement.
- Generate and follow-up on leads using company software tools.
- Monitor and pursue pipeline and channel sales opportunities.
- Drive additional revenue and commissions through networking and referrals.
- Achieve performance targets set by Operations/Sales Manager.
- Utilize designated software applications for efficient task management.
- Project a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Thoroughly explain products/services to prospects or connect them with the right team members who can.
- Address customer concerns and questions honestly and comprehensively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and discipline.
- High integrity and the embodiment of ethical principles practiced at all times.
- Ability to establish and maintain great rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in software and online tools.
- Effective multitasking and rapid responsiveness.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Authorization to work in the United States required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
