Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Manager / Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between our customers and our automotive service department. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Recommend appropriate automotive repair and maintenance services based on customers' needs
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines
- Schedule appointments for customers and ensure timely completion of services
- Communicate with the automotive technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Process payment transactions and provide receipts to customers
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Ability to effectively transmit technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people management and teamwork skills
