THE ROLE
Legends is seeing a qualified candidate that will provide guests with quality merchandise and excellent service by effectively managing all aspects of the merchandise operation, including, but not limited to, purchasing, inventory control, staffing, training, cost controls, accounting procedures and the operation of all retail outlets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee the management of the receiving, distribution, rotation, storage, and production of customization products across all OSU Retail programs including, but not limited to: football, ice hockey, and men’s & women’s basketball.
• Maintain inventory, transfer, delivery, and production of customized NIL merchandise with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient centralized warehousing operation by establishing and overseeing control procedures for inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of product, equipment, and supplies across all OSU Retail programs.
• Oversee and control all NIL-related products that enter and leave the warehouse to ensure accuracy of transfers and deliveries throughout OSU Retail programs.
• Maintain high level of organization across all warehouse areas of responsibility.
• Conduct and organize monthly inventories of all customization material and supplies.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year experience with inventory distribution, and heat press operation in a high-volume environment preferred.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly.

• Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training.
