Responsibilities:

·Reports Directly to Chief Operating Officer

The Houseman responsibilities include moving kitchen, classroom and technology supplies and equipment from suites to storage area before and after events and football games. The process repeats weekly. There will also be light cleaning duties during the week on non-event days. Although the work and hours will be steady, the shifts are irregular. Nights weekends and sometimes graveyard shifts.

• Furniture Removal and Placement.
• Cleaning and polishing tables, chairs, and equipment
• Event breakdown and setup including but not limited to moving furniture, equipment, and technology supplies
• Pick up and distribute items from the storage area.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform all assigned side work.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management and supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance standards.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule and have the ability to remain standing for extensive periods of time.
• Physical requirements that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.
• The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without ’giving out’ or fatiguing.
• The ability to use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
• Must have extensive knowledge of reading and deciphering floor plans
Ability to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with management and guests.
