Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking to fill full-time and part-time positions Floor Supervisor positions in the Spurs Club at the Victory Capital Performance Center.

The Role: The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the Spurs Club's floor and restaurant area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, member satisfaction, and adherence to club policies and standards. In addition to leading a team, coordinate events with the member services, and maintain a welcoming and upscale environment for our esteemed members and their guests.

The Spurs Club is a chef-driven private social club in the Victory Capital Performance Center. The first-of-its-kind in the NBA, featuring multiple bars, fine dining, lounge and personal workspace all with private elevator access and exclusive views of the Spurs practice courts. Members can gather to work, entertain, and unwind in premier style.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, training, and supervising a team, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers.
• Setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Scheduling staff efficiently to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
• Fostering a positive and cohesive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Ensuring that members and guests receive exceptional service.
• Addressing member concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Anticipating needs and proactively resolving any issues to enhance the experience.
• Overseeing daily operations of the club's floor area, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with management to replenish supplies, as needed.
• Implementing and enforcing club policies and procedures consistently.
• Collaborating with the member service team to plan and execute club events, private parties, and special functions.
• Coordinating with vendors, entertainment, and other external partners.
• Ensuring a seamless execution of events while maintaining high standards of service.
