JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Event Center Coordinator, Event Center Staff is
responsible for guest service-related assistance to the Event Center Coordinator. Ensuring the
effective implementation and completion of all events. Friendly, professional attitude always
required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat clean appearance is a
must.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous event or catering experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to provide customers with service in a timely, friendly, professional

manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must adhere to Legendary Waters Resort & Casino’s policies and procedures.
• Must adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Must adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Attend and facilitate meetings and/or events.
• Provide full customer service for all events.

• Meet or exceed the needs of our customers and get value in return.
• Sets up facility for events including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens, and other

Smoke free environment.
