Description:Marina Mikes in Ft. Myers is looking for a Used Boat Manager to join our team. The primary role/responsibility of this position is to negotiate the acquisition of preowned vessels through both purchase and consignment, and to assist in negotiation of the sale of these preowned vessels.
A successful Used Boat Manager will be a motivated self starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed company goals. Excellent oral and written communication skill is critical, as is the ability to connect with people in a close personal setting.
In addition, a successful candidate with possess many of the following skills and traits;

• Strong negotiation skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work effectively without constant, direct supervision
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
• Familiarity with boats and motors
• Ability to overcome objections and adversity in a calm, steady and positive manner
• Confidence to make cold calls, personal visits and to thrive under pressure

Performance based compensation of $20,000-$150,000
