Right now we are needing to hire a strong Therapy leader for our Outpatient Manager position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare. We need a team player, someone who is energetic and great at communicating with residents and co-workers. As the Outpatient Manager, you will be responsible to grow our outpatient revenue through building a talented therapy team and establishing/growing relationships with community partners . In essence, you will be the owner and driver of our outpatient program. This position has a very lucrative incentive/bonus plan based on outpatient therapy performance each month. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
