Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at Legal Soft. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Meta ads manager, Meta ad library, and Meta best practices.

Experience in managing $50,000 in monthly ad spend. This role is essential in driving our online marketing efforts to the next level.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning :

Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform.

• Understand business goals to strategize ad campaigns and build proper lead funnels (TOF, MOF, and BOF) to meet objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and new features to leverage new opportunities and ensure competitive advantage.

Execution :

Organize and set up ad campaigns, ensuring the targeting, creative, and messaging aligns with the company’s brand and goals.

A / B test creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify top-performing strategies.

Analysis & Reporting :

Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring KPIs are met.

• Produce regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Provide insights on ad spend ROI, and continuously refine strategies to maximize budget efficiency.

Collaboration :

Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Engage with sales and marketing teams to align advertising efforts with broader company campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications :

3 years of experience with Meta advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with platform analytics and ad management tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
