Our client, a full service California based law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation secretary to join their team. Must have experience in labor and employment as well as supporting senior attorneys within a law firm or in-house legal working environment. Duties will include typing up of all legal correspondence, pleadings, TOCs, TOAs, calendaring, e-filing in both federal and state courts, trial prep as well as trial experience, entering attorney time, and other day to day tasks.

High school required, BS/BA degree preferred but not required.

Must be proficient in MS Office, PACER, Prolaw, Abacus, document management software, type 65 wpm

Salary up to $110k. Firm offers a hybrid schedule.
