We are seeking an experienced pool manager for our flagship branch. The right candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools. This includes the recruitment, training and supervision of all lifeguards and swim instructors as well as some basic pool maintenance.

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. The Pool Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities: - Supervise pool staff, including lifeguards and pool attendants - Manage pool operations, including opening and closing procedures - Plan and coordinate pool events, such as swim meets and pool parties - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols - Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance needs - Assist with cash handling and financial transactions related to pool admissions and concessions - Provide leadership and guidance to pool staff, including training and performance evaluations Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Proficient in report writing and record keeping - Knowledge of pool operations, safety procedures, and lifeguarding techniques - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and experience in pool management, we encourage you to apply for the position of Pool Manager.
