About the Role: LSP is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to join one of our growing teams in Nashville, TN for Hers & His Plumbing!

Over the past 17 years, Hers and His has successfully expanded into 13 major markets throughout the Southeast United States with a vision to become nationwide. As the Residential Service Plumber, you will be responsible for repairing and installing all plumbing fixtures and water, gas and drain piping throughout existing residential properties and small commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Perform field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
• Drive company vehicles to job sites for service calls and installations
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair plumbing problems

• 5 years of professional plumbing experience. 2 of those years in residential service.
• Self-starter that can work independently
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! • High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Drug free and a clean criminal background check
