Responsibilities include servicing, maintaining, and dismantling pipe systems. Pipe systems include, but are not limited to sanitary, drain-waste-vent, and storm sewer. Drain Technicians are also responsible for upholding our legendary customer service experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• · Cleaning both Commercial and Residential Drain lines.
• · Unclogging: bathtubs, kitchen sinks, toilets, showers, floor drains and main line drains.
• · Demonstrate a familiarity with drain cleaning machines applicable to each task assigned.
• · Demonstrate the ability to use hand tools, power tools and other equipment.
• · Follow all operating instructions for tools and equipment, maintain appropriate supply levels, perform tool maintenance, and seek repairs where necessary.
• · Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures, and by complying with legal regulations.
• · Follow service call procedures.
• · Use technology to follow paperwork and inventory procedures.
• · Respond to after-hour calls as requested.
• · Possess the ability to drive and maintain a vehicle.
• · Other Duties as assigned.
• · Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

• · High School Diploma or GED
• · Minimum 2 years residential drain cleaning experience.
• · Valid Minnesota driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• · Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs of material.
• · Proven sales ability.
• · Ability to work independently without supervision.
• · Legendary customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• · Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.
• · Shows initiative – regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
