Job Description

Legacy Security Services is hiring a Video Monitoring Specialist that is responsible for supervising and dispatching the following activities/capabilities: video monitoring and response, risk assessments, communications, reporting, emergency response and dispatching, all in a center that operates 24/7. This position has high visibility and is directly accountable for the effective and efficient management of the Central Station.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create a motivating and team-oriented environment to drive employee satisfaction and productivity
• Perform analysis and action plans to ensure the Central Station is performing smoothly
• Identify and communicate daily critical situations requiring the attention of senior management to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly
• Maintain strong knowledge of security threats, remediation, and operational best practices
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma with four (4) years of business management experience
• Strong computer skills (hardware, software, and network operations), with the ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security Systems professionals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products and ability to learn new, changing technology quickly
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to select, develop and retain a productive team
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail/focus/follow through
• Must be able to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
