Key Responsibilities:

• Train new and existing sales representatives, focusing on roofing industry knowledge, insurance claim procedures, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Conduct on-site field training sessions, accompanying sales representatives on client visits to provide real-time feedback, guidance, and support.
• Assess the performance and progress of individual sales representatives, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching to maximize their potential.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, organizing workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance skills and promote a positive work environment.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for sales representatives, offering guidance on complex client situations, negotiating tactics, and overcoming objections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products, materials, and installation techniques, ensuring training materials reflect industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, implementing adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes and drive results.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and/or field operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in insurance claim processes related to roofing damage, including assessment, documentation, and negotiation.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse personalities and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• High degree of adaptability and resilience, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
