The primary role of the Field Inspector (FI) is to meet with insurance adjusters for all the Project Manager’s customers, and provide all information and documentation needed by Project Coordinators (PC), Production Department, and Supplement Team.

While Sales Representatives are bringing in new customers and Project Managers are delivering the Legacy service experience to them, the Field Inspector works with the insurance company to get claims settled and documented, including all details needed by Supplements, Project Coordinators, and Production Department for those same customers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct field-based investigations at policyholders’ homes to investigate property damage
  • Meet with property claims adjusters who are responding to the residential property claim in order to develop an agreement on the scope of loss.
  • Correctly execute Scheduling, Adjuster Meeting Results and Reinspect/Itels
  • Clear and precise communication on the claims process 
  • Use claims management software and company provided laptop to assess property damage and determine necessary repair estimates
  • Represents Legacy Restoration from a public relations standpoint – Professionalism is key!
  • Use strong customer service skills to evaluate damage with adjusters 
  • Promote safety at all times
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years of roofing sales experience or working as a property and casualty insurance adjuster.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
  • Legacy decals to be installed on your vehicle.
  • Ability to set-up and climb a ladder; safely navigating roofs during inspections.
  • Appointments may be scheduled evenings and Saturdays.

Base of $90,000 unlimited commissions
