The primary role of the Field Inspector (FI) is to meet with insurance adjusters for all the Project Manager’s customers, and provide all information and documentation needed by Project Coordinators (PC), Production Department, and Supplement Team.
While Sales Representatives are bringing in new customers and Project Managers are delivering the Legacy service experience to them, the Field Inspector works with the insurance company to get claims settled and documented, including all details needed by Supplements, Project Coordinators, and Production Department for those same customers.
