Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk/ Adminstrative Assistant to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining financial stability and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Duties:
- Process and record incoming payments from residents accurately and in a timely manner
- Record and pay invoices from contractors
- Handling bank deposits
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with revenue cycle management, including tracking and analyzing accounts receivable data
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and update customer information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing or payment-related issues
- Assist with office duties/ administrative such as:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or accounts receivable role
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and account reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
