Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Legacy Painting Co, you will lead our projects from start to finish, ensuring that every aspect is executed with precision and excellence. This role is not just about managing tasks; it's about orchestrating a seamless process that delivers exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their painting project requirements and expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project logistics; project scheduling with customers and field crews.
  • Create project work orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure any customer complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely manner and with successful resolutions.
  • Working closely with all other departments within the company for clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present project reports to company leadership, highlighting key metrics, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and process improvements to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for in-progress clients, subcontractors, and internal managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or painting industry
  • Bilingual with English and Spanish
  • Painting knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
  • A passion for contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic company
  • Valid WA drivers license
