Legacy Mechanical Services, Inc. is a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Commercial Design/Build, Construction, and Service company located in Kennesaw, GA. We are looking to hire a career minded individual for the role of full-time role of Procurement Manager (HVAC/Plumbing).
Required: Minimum of (1) year of warehouse experience; Must have a Valid Driver's License; Must have authorization to work in the United States. Must be able to meet all Physical Requirements.

Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver will assist with the planning and inventory control of assigned projects and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or designated locations.
This Job will not have and Supervisory Responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loads and unloads materials from trucks and containers.
- Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Maintains warehouse inventory.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse space.
- Performs daily maintenance checks on equipment.
- Ensures safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Works with other warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensures all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Issues purchase orders for office or job-related equipment.
- Reviews discrepancies in packing slips that are not in complete agreement with purchase orders.
- Processes return of unused or incorrect equipment.
- Utilizes shipping software for return orders, i.e., UPS, Freight lines, and USPS.
- Delivers goods to customers by driving delivery vehicles to their locations.
- Verifies the accuracy and completeness of delivery orders before departure and upon arrival at the destination, ensuring all products match the order details.
- Maintains accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery, mileage logs, and any other required documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Efficient time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate and work well as a team with others.
- Ability to adapt to stressful situations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience required.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a have a clean motor vehicle history.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to load and unload goods with and without dollies in various types of weather.
- Ability to drive a company vehicle while pulling 12’-15’ open and boxed trailers.
