Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment for children - Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various activities - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other relevant information Experience: - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with special education and early intervention strategies - Strong understanding of curriculum development for preschool-aged children - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Proficiency in classroom management techniques - Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
