Legacy Law Firm, P.C. is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Sioux Falls, SD

We are looking to add an Administrative Specialist to join the Legacy Law Firm team. The person we hire will be self-reliant, who enjoys learning something new every day- but also can manage the routine work that must be done to keep our matters moving forward. Candidates must have a positive “can-do” attitude, reflect high ethical standards and embrace the philosophy that there is no “I” in “Team.”

We are a boutique law firm that helps people through estate planning, business planning and elder law planning. We truly enjoy helping people. We have a fast-paced practice and don’t have “slow days.” We attribute our excellent reputation and our growth to our great client service and dedicated, loyal teamwork.

Who should apply for this job?

The person we hire will have great time-management and task management skills and must have impeccable attention to detail. This job will require excellence in the following sorts of work:

· Responsible for the front desk reception area by answering phones, greeting and seating clients, scheduling appointments, assisting clients with general questions, mailings to clients, and a lot of people interaction.

· Assist attorneys and team members with administrative matters.

· Assist with data entry in our CRM database; including creating client files, scanning documents, assembling documents and information in ways that make it useful to others.

· Assist with marketing tasks such as preparing for and attending special events, running errands for the firm and assembling mailings.

· Communicating politely, respectfully, and professionally, in a clear and concise manner, with our team members, our clients, and other professionals.

· Constantly moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another; occasionally ascending or descending ladders, step stools and the like; occasionally includes moving objects up to 30 pounds.

What types of hours will this person work?

Legacy Law Firm, P.C., is open Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Friday, we are open 8:00 am to 1pm.
