Qualifications

  • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Must have reliable transportation between client homes
  • Must live in the Orange County area and be available for in-person services
  • Must complete RBT certificate (40 hour Training) or working towards it
  • Must be available part time: Min. 15 hours weekly

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to work with individuals in real-world settings to see real-world changes
  • Focus on improving the client’s quality of life and achieving the goals that are important to them
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
  • Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
  • Work closely with their BCBA supervisor to implement treatment plan goals through direct work with our client

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
