We are an independent insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist - Client Services Representative. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. No insurance experience required.

These duties include but are not limited to:

· Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, or refer inquiries to the appropriate staff. in a professional and timely manner.

· Greeting clients and visitors.

· Schedule appointments in person, or by telephone.

· Maintain client records by updating account information.

· Perform general clerical tasks to support agency operations.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
