As a Hospice RN Branch Administrator at Legacy Hospice, you'll be responsible for the overall direction of hospice services, including operational planning, budgeting, staff development, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly operational planning and budgeting.
  • Audit organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct staff development, education, and coordination between departments.
  • Monitor service utilization to ensure delivery of comprehensive care.
Key Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing is preferred. Master’s degree in hospice preferred.
  • 3 years of management experience in a hospice or related healthcare organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
