Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
Full-Time Only

As a Registered Nurse in this role, you have the time and support to provide the best 1:1 care to our clients right in their own home environments.
Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Overview:
- Provide quality nursing services to private-pay clients throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area
- Deliver impeccable customer service and care to our clients in their home environment
- Perform ongoing client assessments, skilled nursing visits, and caregiver training and supervision
- Interest in process improvement and caregiver training/mentoring
- On-Call rotation
Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse / RN in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and a valid Driver's License
- Exceptional nursing, assessment, and customer service skills
- Excellent at planning, organizing, communicating, and thinking critically
- Prior Nursing / RN experience in a Home Health setting is ideal
