The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, registered with the state of Illinois as a Certified Nurse's Aide and be C.P.R certified
The Restorative Nursing Aide will provide individual attention, which encourages each patient to maintain or attain the highest practical physicial and mental well being. The Aide will document patients participation in the restorative program on a daily basis and note any changes with patients mobility. May perform activities required by the patient's activities of daily living (ADL) which can include but not limited to bathing, grooming, toileting and feeding. Will play a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing care to all patients.
