As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at our Skilled Nursing facilityby assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Requirements:

As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, two (2) years of R.N. experience and prior experience managing a nursing department. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferrable.
