Legacy Healthcare Services is excited to be growing our team in Tewksbury, MA. We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant who is interested in growing their leadership skills/experience as a Rehab Director. The ideal candidate would be one who enjoys evaluating, treating, and building meaningful relationships with their patients. We are looking for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box to meet the goals of their patients, seeks to learn new techniques pertaining to geriatric intervention, and can identify residents in need of our services at our beautiful retirement community at Heatherwood Gracious Retirement Living.

• This position requires a good understanding of the benefits of PT, OT and ST services
• Medicare B billing, good time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong desire to learn new treatment programs directed at our geriatric clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
