• Help assist with rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Assist with treating residents one on one, not in a group type setting, so each patient gets individualized attention. Private treatment sessions, functional based treatment approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively uses basic communication skills of listening, questioning, verifying, and explaining.
• Able to create rapport and positive working relationships with key facility personnel and fellow LHSemployees that allow for discovering others’ needs.
• Owns a culture of world-class talent
• Demonstrates professional conduct and ethics following LHS policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned - including coverage at other nearby locations as needed
