• Help assist with rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively uses basic communication skills of listening, questioning, verifying, and explaining.
• Creates rapport and positive working relationship with key facility personnel and fellow LHS employees that allows for discovering others’ needs.
• Meets with customers regularly to share information and relay Legacy’s offerings in the community.
• Seeks advice from Legacy management to respond appropriately and timely to inquiries for assistance from facility personnel and Legacy employees.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and ethics in accordance with Legacy policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
