Legacy Healthcare Advantage is Hiring a Pediatric RN(Home Health)-Spartanburg, SC Near Spartanburg, SC

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Conduct physical examinations and record patient medical histories
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as venipuncture and spinal taps
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document all patient interactions, procedures, and medications accurately in medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare topics, including disease management and preventive care

Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of {location}
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong knowledge of critical care practices and procedures
- Experience administering injections and performing venipuncture
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
