Legacy is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for our Westside IM clinic located at 2725 SW Cedar Hills Blvd, Suite 250, Beaverton, Oregon. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, and behavioral health clinicians and pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the patient throughout the course of treatment, including reviewing clinical history, providing the physical examination, making the diagnosis, and treating both chronic and episodic disorders.
  • Work in collaboration with the team and seeks specialty consultation as needed.
  • Maintain own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year Medical School or equivalent and completed Internal or Family Medicine residency or:
  • Board certified or board eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • Unrestricted Oregon Medical license.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Follows guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
