Your Role:

As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team, reaching out to missed leads and nurturing warm leads to conversion. Your empathetic approach, combined with your excellent communication skills, will help individuals take the first step towards recovery.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with missed leads promptly and courteously.

- Engage with warm leads to understand their needs and provide information about our services.

- Build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone.

- Guide individuals through the admissions process with compassion and professionalism.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred.

- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder is preferred.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with individuals in difficult situations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
