- Verbaige and communication
- Clear aligner orthodontics
- IV and oral sedation
- Protein-rich fibrin phlebotomy
- Placing catheters for IV
- 3D intraoral scanning
- Supply ordering and maintenance
- Conflict management
- Extraction and implant dentistry
- Lab ordering
- Improved problem solving ability
- Leadership and accountability
Duties and responsibilities:
- Chairside clinical assistant
- Stocking
- Sterilizing
- Inputting patient notes and labs
- Lab follow up
- Sending RX
- Equipment maintenance and log
- Providing post-op instruction
- Presenting patient finances for treatment
- Follow up calls
- Assist in marketing efforts
Qualities desired:
- Mature "IS" (DISC) Personality
- Prior work history ( 1 year) is desirable
- Professional
- Great communication skills
- Excellent bedside manner and soft skills
- Proactive
- Flexible and open-minded
- Ability to educate patients on treatment needs
