Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and ensuring financial health and stability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and procedures

- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

- Oversee accounts receivable, cost control, compliance management, and investment strategies

- Lead financial planning, financial analysis, and strategic planning efforts

- Prepare and interpret financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

- Monitor cash flow, assess risk, and make recommendations to mitigate financial risks

- Reviews and monitors grant-funded contracts awarded to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations governing awards

- Familiar with the OMB Uniform Guidance found at 2 CFR 200

- Prepare the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and Schedule of Functional Expenses

- Skills to manage a team of grant writers and meet the funding goals of an organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience in corporate accounting, financial planning, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial report writing and interpretation
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and decision-making
- Experience in accounts receivable management, cost control strategies, compliance management, and investment practices
