Part-time 24 hours per week

Primary:

• Answer and direct all incoming calls for Legacy Church
• Greet and direct individuals that visit the front office
• Return phone calls, emails and texts within 24 hours

Secondary:

• Maintain an adequate inventory of office/kitchen supplies
• Receive incoming packages from common carriers and disperse incoming mail
• Prepare and scan connect cards
• Disseminate connect card information to appropriate team members

General duties

• Represent Legacy Church in a professional matter when answering the phone or greeting individuals that visit the front office for various purposes/reasons.
• Maintain a clean environment at the front desk to create a comfortable environment
• Answer questions relating to events taking place at Legacy Church
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Follow the policies and procedures as defined in Legacy Church Handbook
