We are looking for a Lead Residential Care Specialist to join our team!Requirements:High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred in a helping profession such as: social work, community counseling, counseling, psychology, or criminology. Previous experience working in behavioral health related field preferred.*Staff members who provide services for individuals at the locations licensed as Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) “a five-year employment history or a complete employment history if the person has not been employed five years” (HFRD 111-8-65.09) is required.Valid Georgia driver’s license with no more than five (5) points required.Para-Professional training required within the first 30 days of employment.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESProficient in verbal and written communication.Excellent time management and critical thinking skills. Ability to problem solve.Good documentation skills.Proficient in English language.Knowledge of trauma informed care.Knowledge of Person-centered approach.Computer experience with Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong customer service skills.Ability to multi-task, manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work with diverse team of people.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSWorking Conditions - work is normally performed in an office environment.
