Essential Job Functions

• Provide support to Loan Officers and Assistants for all loan related functions
• Review requests and final documentation for new loans, renewals and modifications 
• Create documentation for new loans, renewals and modifications
• Enter all loan information and maintenance into core software system
• Maintain insurance, tax and other escrow and collateral related processes
• Maintain document imaging database
• Processing of payments and payoffs for loans
• Maintaining and reviewing a variety of lending reports
• Balancing of various accounts
• Assist with Audit requests as needed
• Participate in all trainings as identified by the bank and by Loan Operations
• Demonstrate the Legacy Approach and Values in all situations and interactions
• All other Loan Operations duties as assigned

• Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials. (0-24% of time spent on activity)
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. (0-24% of time spent on activity)
• Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment. (75-100% of time spent on activity)
