Summary: Digital Banking Specialist

Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm 40 hours/wk

Essential Job Functions

• Process online banking transactions, responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Support frontline staff in assisting customers with any digital banking needs.
• Process and approve mobile banking deposits.
• Oversee and correspond with Cash Management customers regarding access, customer service, ACH files & Agreements.
• Work with digital marketing content (website refresh, digital signage, digital ads) and offer suggestions for improvements.
• Correspond with proprietary vendors as appropriate (Apiture, JHA, etc).
• Understand and manage compliance and loss risk associated with digital solutions and electronic payments.
• Communicate with frontline staff and customers when any digital banking issues or upgrades arise.
• Support daily operations by assisting with maintenance requests and other items as needed.
• Complete all required training as well as ABA assigned courses. 
• All other duties as assigned.

• Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to see computer screen and read documents (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 75-100%).
• Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors, and employees (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 75-100%).
• Sitting: Must be able to sit for long periods of time (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 75-100%).
• Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about office (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 25-49%).
• Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products or materials (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 0-24%).
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 0-24%).
• Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use technical equipment (Percentage of work time spent on activity is 75-100%).
