Begin your day by onboarding new clients to our systems, ensuring a seamless transition. Dive into the details as you reconcile client books, meticulously addressing discrepancies. Your afternoons will be dedicated to managing weekly payroll, ensuring timely and precise financial transactions. To do this, you need:

• QuickBooks Certification
• Experience in bookkeeping and payroll management
• A sharp eye for detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
